Thierry, the winemaker
For four generations, the Forget family has cultivated vines and then produced a full range of Champagnes from these vines. After Eugène, Paul, and Edmond, Thierry Forget is the current head of the house. Grower-producer and oenologist, he harvests his own vines to produce a superb Champagne. His vineyards span up to 14 hectares and spread across 11 crus. Everything is grown according to sustainable viticulture practices and certified High Value Environmental level 3 (the highest level of certification).
