APPELLATION & VINTAGE
Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence 2019
GRAPES
80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Cinsault
VINIFICATION
Night harvest. Blend of a majority of rosé of bleeding and rosé made by the direct pressing method. Thermo-regulated fermentation.
APPEARANCE
Light and bright colour.
NOSE
Fresh red fruits.
PALATE
Delicate fruity aromas which enable this rosé to accompany meals.
The nose opens up with a basket of fresh fruit. The balance between fruit and freshness is undeniable. The palate is also very pleasant, revealing an interesting vinification with the blend of a bled rosé ("Saignée rosé") and a direct pressing rosé.

Phanette, The Winemaker
It was in 1890 that Émile began the Double family's winemaking history by planting the first vines at Château de Beaupré. The tradition continues today with the 4th generation, Phanette and Maxime Double, brother and sister.
Phanette, an agricultural engineer and oenologist, is in charge of the vinification and running of the estate, which she converted to organic farming in 2013. Her enthusiasm can be felt in the life of the Château, where events and new projects follow one another.
