A dry and aromatic white wine, typical from the Loire Valley. Ideal for those who await summer weather impatiently to uncork a bottle during the aperitif.

Philippe and Benoit, the winemakers
In Verdigny, just below Sancerre, the Girard brothers continue the activity of the family vineyard with their father Michel. From the modern fermenting room, you can admire the vines growing on both sides. The different types of soil are represented in the 20 hectares of the vineyard. They are vinified separately, before being blended. They give the Sauvignon Blanc its fruit and its minerality.
